Participants attending this class will:
Develop a deeper understanding of their personality preferences based on the assessment taken in the first class, understand the value of having a leadership mindset, regardless of their position in the company, learn a process to minimize potential misunderstandings with other people, know how to coach others to help them learn a skill and improve their performance, communicate more assertively, which includes listening more effectively, revisit the “agree to disagree agreeably” process and 30 human relation principles.

Audience: Anyone who has attended Increasing Interpersonal Effectiveness – Part One and wants to continue to improve their ability to get results through understanding and communicating with others more effectively.
