Mary Beth May began MBM Consulting and Training in 1994. She started her career with the Dale Carnegie organization in 1979 and, for 15 years, worked as a consultant, instructor, and an instructor trainer. Mary Beth’s Dale Carnegie career as well as other programs she is certified to teach gave her the foundation to develop a training company with depth and variety.

Mary Beth has a BBA in Business Management. She is certified in programs, such as Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and develops her own training courses. Her community involvement includes working with youth to help them build their leadership skills through her youth organization, Young Leaders of America, the Girl Scouts of America, church youth groups, schools, and other miscellaneous opportunities. Other community leadership involvement includes, several years serving on the board of The Clariden School Board of Directors where she was president for two of those years and as Communications Director for the Dallas Fort Worth Association for Psychological Type (DFW/APT) for two years.
